I called Dan at Ideal Air at 8:00pm because we had no heat. He offered to come out immediately, I said next day was fine. Dan was starting a repair and upon inspection discovered our furnace was no longer safe. He replaced it same day so my family would have heat. Would recommend him to anyone!
